If you're an existing customer your current Terms and Conditions will be replaced by our updated Terms and Conditions from 1 July 2026, which you can find below. Applicable where seene is providing the sale of energy to you at your premises which is connected to an electricity embedded network managed by seene. This Agreement is made up of these Terms and Conditions, your Energy Plan Schedule and any other terms and conditions we have provided to you. |
Stove & CooktopApplicable where seene is providing services to your premises relating to heating of water via a centralised hot water system and supply of unmetered gas to your cooktop. |
Hot WaterApplicable where seene is providing services to your premises relating to heating of water via a centralised hot water system. |
Electric Hot WaterApplicable where seene is providing services to your premises relating to heating of water via a centralised hot water system powered by Electricity. |
Heating and CoolingThese terms and conditions contain important information about your rights and obligations as a seene customer where centralised ducted air conditioning services are provided to your premises. |
Electricity (acting as Agent)If you're an existing customer your current Terms and Conditions will be replaced by our updated Terms and Conditions from 1 July 2026, which you can find below. Applicable where seene acts as agent and facilitator for the on-selling of electricity to your premises on behalf of owner or owners corporation or embedded network owner. |
Agency (2MQ)Applicable to Melbourne Quarter Precinct Business Customers where seene acts as agent and facilitator for the on-selling of electricity to your premises. |
Cold Water RecoveryApplicable where seene acts as agent and facilitator for the cold-water cost recovery to your premises on behalf of your Village or Owners Corporation. |
GreenPowerUpdated Terms and Conditions apply from 1 July 2026 for existing customers. If you're an existing customer your current Terms and Conditions will be replaced by our updated Terms and Conditions from 1 July 2026, which you can find below. seene have a GreenPower accredited product called seene GreenPower 100%. By choosing this product, you can support the production of electricity from government accredited renewable electricity sources (such as solar, wind, hydro and biomass). Please contact the seene customer service team for more information and to see if available at your address. |
Agency Bulk Hot WaterApplicable where seene acts as agent and facilitator for the on-selling of Hot Water services to your premises relating to heating of water via a centralised hot water system. |
